Irvington woman formally charged after home robbery incident – ​​The Sentinel

CENTRALIA – A 33-year-old Irvington woman was formally charged in Marion County Court on Sept. 20 with a Class 4 felony count of trespassing with a person present.

According to Lt. Steve Whittenour of the Centralia Police Department, Centralia police responded to a call at about 5:21 a.m. Aug. 18 at the Fairway Drive apartments of a woman who claimed another woman kicked in her door and began hitting her.

Upon arrival, Centralia Police made contact with Brittany Beal and the victim. Whittenour said the victim claimed Beal hit her in the head several times and wanted to arrest her. The victim did not seek medical treatment.

Beal was charged by Centralia police with trespassing and assault. She was taken into custody and later released.

At approximately 3:24 a.m. on Sept. 19, Centralia police arrested Beal again. This time, Lt. Whittenour determined that Beal was in possession of approximately 5.5 grams of meth. Beal was then taken to the Marion County Jail where she was formally charged with trespassing, assault and criminal damage to property (less than $500) in the August 18 incident.
