Sean “Diddy” Combs is again accused of sexual assault by a woman who claims he impregnated her

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with another sexual assault lawsuit amid his ongoing legal troubles.

In a lawsuit filed by Page Six on Friday, a woman identified as Jane Doe alleged that the imprisoned rapper repeatedly assaulted her over four years after they first met in 2020.

The anonymous woman also claimed that Combs got her pregnant before she suffered a miscarriage.

The alleged victim, represented by attorney Joseph L. Ciaccio, claimed she first met Combs overseas before he invited her on an all-expenses-paid vacation.

The woman claimed she regularly visited Combs at his homes in Los Angeles, New York and Miami between 2021 and 2022.

However, she claimed he used “coercive and harassing language” to get her to come over and often sent drivers to her home to intimidate her.

She claimed to have suffered physical injuries as a result of her alleged encounters, including waking up in the spring of 2022 with purple bruises and a bite wound on her feet.

The woman further alleged that Diddy increased her alcohol consumption and even forced her to take ketamine and other drugs during an alleged incident in July 2022 that caused her to pass out.

The woman learned she was pregnant shortly after the alleged assault.

Before she suffered a miscarriage, she claimed Diddy's co-workers harassed her to get an abortion.

The Jane Doe claimed the “I'll Be Missing You” rapper called and texted her repeatedly until July 2024, causing her to fear for her safety.

She claimed the music mogul tracked her location and monitored her conversations to ensure she remained quiet about the alleged abuse.

The woman is seeking unspecified damages for trauma, financial loss and bodily harm.

Page Six has reached out to Combs' representatives for comment. TMZ was the first to report the lawsuit.

Nearly a dozen people have filed similar lawsuits against Combs in the last year. The floodgates opened in November 2023 after his ex-girlfriend Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura accused him of rape and abuse during their decade-long relationship.

Although the couple reached an agreement less than 24 hours later, Homeland Security eventually opened an investigation into the rapper.

In a March 2024 raid on his homes in Miami and Los Angeles, police seized firearms, 1,000 bottles of lubricants and other “freak-off” supplies.

The Bad Boy Records founder is said to have forced male and female sex workers to date each other and recorded “freak offs” – intense, multi-day sex parties with heavy drug and alcohol use.

Police say he “subjected the victims to physical, emotional and verbal abuse” to ensure they would attend the sex parties.

Combs was taken into custody on September 16 and charged with racketeering, sex trafficking and prostitution.

The disgraced rapper, who has pleaded not guilty, was placed on suicide watch as a “preventive measure” while in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York.

Although it's unclear when his case will go to trial, Diddy's attorney said the rapper plans to take the stand and testify.
