Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan are divorcing six years after splitting up

After Dewan accused her ex of hiding some of his income, Tatum – who is engaged to it Zoe Kravitz– filed new documents in May 2024 claiming her allegations were false.

“I have never denied the plaintiff her share of the community assets or income,” he said. “I have always agreed that the plaintiff has an interest in this Magic Mike intellectual property and related entities.”

He continued: “During our marriage, the plaintiff had equal access to our business managers and financial records. We communicated regularly about our work and various projects. Since our separation, the plaintiff has had complete access to all of our financial records for all activities during our marriage and since the separation.”

The documents also argue that Jenna's petition is intended to further delay her divorce.

“It is intended to delay the processing of the case and increase the costs of litigation and will in no way encourage 'early resolution through settlement,'” the documents say, “in a case in which five separate mediation sessions have produced a result . “The plaintiff simply ignores a proposed judgment for months.”
