Loudon man arrested for stalking, 6 assault charges in Penacook

CONCORD, NH – A Loudon man faces seven charges following an incident last month on Village Street in Penacook.

After taking the report, the officer searched the area and found Bosco in the area of ​​Washington and Charles streets, an affidavit states. After confirming it was him and reporting that he was cooperative, Bosco offered: “I just had to get out of there,” a report said.

The officer asked him to go over everything that had happened. Bosco said he went to the home and met two women there, the officer wrote. An argument ensued between him and one of the women during which they punched each other in the face, and then the woman hit him, the affidavit states. He then took the woman's glasses and threw them on the floor, the report said. Bosco then walked away because he didn't want things to escalate, the official said.

While the reporting officer was questioning Bosco, other officers spoke with the women and learned of the spitting allegation. When asked about the spitting, he was accused of admitting that he spit on the woman first.

The two women were interviewed and one claimed Bosco reached around the second woman and punched the first woman in the face, causing her glasses to fall, an affidavit said. There is also an allegation that he pushed the first woman in the chest, the report says. The officers with the women reported that they saw one of the women have a minor injury to her chin.

Bosco was considered the “primary aggressor” and was arrested, an affidavit said.

At police headquarters, the officer noticed a protection order between the two after Bosco was released on bail. The report said he had to stay away from the woman due to the woman's bail conditions. Bosco was arrested April 21 in Concord.

According to Superior Court records, Bosco has also engaged in active stalking, witness tampering and bail violations in Loudon since mid-July. He is due to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court on Dec. 17 for a dispositional conference hearing.

In 2006, he was charged in Concord with prohibited criminal offenses, transportation of alcoholic beverages, a charge that was later dropped, and 19 counts of forgery. Bosco pleaded guilty to drug and forgery charges in October 2008.

Bosco pleaded guilty to violating probation in April 2010.

Bosco was accused of violating a court order and found guilty in May.
