Poughkeepsie man suspected of vandalism

Beacon police said Friday (Sept. 27) they arrested a Poughkeepsie man on suspicion of spray-painting several Main Street businesses a week earlier.

Richard Bulson, 40, was charged with three counts of criminal mischief and three counts of posting graffiti, all misdemeanors.

Police said a suspect spray-painted the buildings with large letters on Sept. 21 and identified a vehicle. On September 27, an officer stopped the vehicle and arrested Bulson, who was issued a ticket to appear in Beacon City Court.
