Freeport man accused of exposing himself to a girl in Valley Stream

The incident occurred on Tuesday, September 10, in Valley Stream.

A 17-year-old girl was walking on Emerson Place near Prague Street when a white 2019 Nissan Sentra pulled up next to her, according to Nassau County police.

The girl observed the male driver exposing himself in the vehicle and touching himself inappropriately, police said. The suspect then drove away from the scene.

After an extensive investigation, investigators were able to identify and arrest the suspect, Estarlin Torres Garcia, 27, of Freeport.

Garcia was charged with public indecency and was scheduled to be arraigned Saturday, Sept. 28, in First District Court in Hempstead.
