Motorcycle and Car Accident in Roxbury, MA – NBC Boston

One person has suffered life-threatening injuries following a crash between a car and an electric scooter in Boston's Roxbury neighborhood on Saturday afternoon.

According to Boston Police, officers responded to the area of ​​Northampton and Washington streets at approximately 3:06 p.m. for a report of a motor vehicle accident and found a victim critically injured.

The victim was taken to a local hospital, but there was no immediate update on his condition.

According to police, homicide detectives and the fatal crash reconstruction team were notified and responded to the scene where an electric scooter was lying on the ground next to a red car that had sustained significant damage to the driver's door and windshield.

Apparently there was also a helmet on the road. Police have not released any further information at this time.
