The suspects involved in Saturday's threatening incident, which involved a realistic-looking replica of a firearm, have been sent to prison.

After an investigation, officers sent Anthony G. Ortiz, 20, to the Multnomah County Detention Center. He was charged with menacing, obstructing public transportation, interfering with a peace officer, third-degree fleeing, second-degree disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl). He was also charged on several warrants. Jesse Frizzell, 28, was booked into MCDC on charges of attempting to elude police (using a vehicle) and possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl).

Additional charges are possible if additional victims come forward. Victims who were targeted with a replica firearm or who were victims of another crime committed by the suspects are asked to file a police report by calling the police non-emergency number at 503-823-3333 and quoting the case number Specify 24-249020.
