Crash in northeast Albuquerque kills one person

One person has died in a fatal crash involving a pedestrian and three vehicles Saturday in northeast Albuquerque. An Albuquerque Police spokesman said the accident occurred near the intersection of San Pedro Drive NE and San Antonio Drive NE. The initial investigation revealed an unknown vehicle on San Antonio Dr. was traveling eastbound when it hit the pedestrian. The driver of that vehicle left the area. Two other vehicles then hit the pedestrian, who was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. The drivers of those vehicles spoke with officers who responded to the call. The accident is currently under investigation.
