George Clooney's house bought by Christian McCaffrey and Olivia Culpo

George ClooneyHe's a lot richer after selling his LA-area home… and now we know who's handing over the cash – Olivia Culpo And Christian McCaffrey.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … the model and her football husband spent some of the Miss Universe and Niners money to snag the Fryman Canyon home.

As we told you, real estate sources told us that Clooney recently sold the six-bedroom home for just over $14 million – almost 30 years after he bought it from the legendary singer Stevie Nicks for $2.2 million.

George's wife Amal called the house her “private oasis” back in 2018… and it’s pretty secluded, completely surrounded by trees.

Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency Inc. assisted George with the transaction…he confirmed the sale to us but had no comment. Kevin Dees of Carolwood Estates represented Christian and Olivia. Now we know who bought the house – just a few months after the marriage.

As we told you before…Culpo and CMC said, “I do.” at the Ocean House in Westerly, Rhode Island, in June – which was attended by several of OC's fellow Sports Illustrated swimsuit models and some of CMC's 49ers teammates.

We told you last year… Culpo joked that she was planning on doing that rips out her IUD on her wedding day – and admitted she wanted children as soon as possible. Of course, six bedrooms are enough to raise a fairly large family.

By the way… Culpo previously lived in a home in the LA area and owned a $3.5 million estate in Encino, according to Page Six. Seems like she's doing business in LA
