“Nosferatu” – Succumb to the darkness and watch the official trailer for the Robert Eggers remake

Steven Soderbergh's Present delivers a new twist on the haunted house film and a third mysterious teaser trailer was released this afternoon by distributor NEON.

Present is coming to cinemas in select cities January 17, 2025.

Check out teaser trailer #3 Present below.

Meagan wrote in her review: “Soderbergh reunites with Kimi Screenwriter David Koepp (Turmoil of echoes) to give the typical ghost story an innovative new twist. Present frames his eerie events entirely from the perspective of his mind. From the opening frame to the end credits, viewers can watch the exciting story unfold through spooky twists and turns thanks to Soderbergh's experiments with form and technique. Using the camera’s gaze as the ghost’s observing eyes isn’t the only trick Soderbergh and Koepp have up their sleeves to ensure this thrilling haunted house shake-up keeps you on your toes.”

Present “Gives the haunted house format a contemporary, innovative new twist that avoids the beaten path and instead creates horror of a different kind,” Meagan’s review continued. “Combined with Koepp’s twisted script, Present draws you in, scares you and then leaves your heart on the floor. This ghost story may not be scary in the traditional sense, but it is an innovative and dark thrill ride that has more on its mind than the plot suggests.”

The logline, you ask? Here it is:

“In PresentA family moves into a suburban home and is convinced they are not alone. A supernatural force has invaded the house and is particularly interested in the couple's daughter.
