A medical facility employee is accused of sexually abusing teenage patients

In an affidavit filed in Dayton Municipal Court, investigators said Dayton police responded to a locked-down residence at 1 Elizabeth Place in Dayton on Sept. 22 for a report of a sexual assault.

A locked-down residential facility is a medical facility in which patient movement is restricted.

A co-worker reported that the previous night he encountered a co-worker named Johnson while being inappropriately pressed against the patient, a 17-year-old girl, while she was wearing only a shirt and underwear, according to the affidavit.

The girl was taken to Dayton Children's Hospital, where a sexual assault kit was completed. The teen told police that Johnson sexually assaulted her several days earlier, on Sept. 18, and that he tried to do the same thing on Sept. 21, the affidavit said.

Investigators said Johnson allegedly admitted to the attack.

Johnson was arrested and taken to the Montgomery County Jail, where he is being held on $15,000 bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday, according to court records.
