Get ready for another doubleheader on Monday night. For the second week in a row, football fans will be treated to two Monday Night Football games.

The 0-3 Titans and 1-2 Dolphins start first in Miami, and 45 minutes later the 3-0 Seahawks and 2-1 Lions start in Detroit. Unless you enjoy unpredictable quarterback play, tonight's second game is probably the better choice. Plus, the staggered start times mean you can switch between games and watch both endings. You can also tune into the Seahawks-Lions game during halftime of the Titans-Dolphins game, avoiding the long commercial breaks.

The Titans and Dolphins start at 7:30 p.m. ET (4:30 p.m. PT). ESPN, and the Seahawks and Lions start at 8:15 p.m. ET (5:15 p.m. PT) on ABC and ESPN Plus.

If you don't have a cable or satellite TV subscription, you can watch Monday Night Football through a live TV streaming service. The good news for football fans is that ABC and ESPN are available on all five major streaming services, including DirecTV Stream, with DirecTV and Disney having reached an agreement that ends the blocking of ESPN and ABC.

How to watch MNF without cable

The main channel for Monday Night Football is ESPN. Almost every Monday night game is shown on ESPN, and also on ABC and ESPN Plus for seven weeks. There are three additional Monday night doubleheaders this season, including tonight and again in Weeks 7 and 15. During those weeks, one game will be broadcast on ESPN and the other will be broadcast on ABC or ESPN Plus.

The ManningCast on ESPN2 is scheduled for 11 in-season Monday nights and one Wild Card game, with six of those regular-season Monday nights and the Wild Card game also streaming on ESPN Plus. The Manning brothers are off tonight and will return next week.
