Actress Kashmera Shah was seen visiting her uncle and actor Govinda at CritCare Hospital in Mumbai despite the ongoing family feud. As Kashmera got out of her car outside the hospital on Tuesday, the paparazzi asked her to talk about Govinda and the incident. She said, “Kuch nahi (Nothing)” and quickly went to the hospital.

Kashmera is the wife of Govinda's nephew Krushna Abhishek. Neither Kashmera nor Krushna have a good relationship with Govinda or his wife Sunita Ahuja. In recent years, despite efforts to correct their equation, they have made negative comments about each other.

Govinda shares message for fans and well-wishers

On Tuesday, hours after he was admitted to the hospital, Govinda shared an audio message in Hindi with his fans. He said, “Hello, this is Govinda. With the blessings of my fans, my parents and God, I am doing better now. I was hit by a bullet that has now been removed. I thank the doctor here, Dr. Agarwal ji.” . Thank you all for your prayers.”

According to Mumbai Police, the incident occurred around 4.45 am when Govinda's licensed revolver accidentally fired while he was putting it back in the cupboard. At this time he was preparing to leave for Calcutta.

Maharashtra CM supports Govinda

Commenting on the incident, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde said, “I have personally reached out to Govinda to express my deep concern over his health condition. On behalf of the government and people of our state, I wish him a speedy and full recovery. “I have assured Govinda that he and his family will receive all necessary support during this challenging time.”

“Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his loved ones. Govinda was an icon of Indian cinema and brought joy to millions of people through his performances. We unite in hoping for his early return to good health,” the CM added.

Shiv Sena member Deepak Sawant told India Today, “I would like to inform all his fans that he is absolutely fine and there is no need to worry. That was an accident. He will be released in 48 hours. The doctors did their job well.” His family members are inside and are all happy about his progress.
