Bartees Strange announces new album Horror and releases video for new song “Sober”: Watch

Bartees Strange released “Lie 95” back in July. This song and another new song called “Sober” will appear on the musician's second 4AD studio album. horrorwill be released on February 14th. Check out the new “Sober” video below.

Strangely produced horror with Jack Antonoff, Yves Rothman and Lawrence Rothman. “In a way, I think I made this record to reach people who might also be afraid of things in their lives,” he said horror in a press release. “For me, it is love, places, cosmic bad luck or the feeling of doom that I have struggled with for as long as I can remember. I think it's easier to deal with the horrors and strangeness of life when you realize that everyone around you feels the same way. This album is just my attempt to connect. I'm trying to shrink the size of the world. I try to feel close – so I’m less afraid.”

Bartees Strange broke out in 2020 Live forever. He released his first 4AD album, From farm to tablein 2022.
