“Deadliest Catch” star Captain Keith Colburn is facing a cardiac emergency at sea

During Season 20, Episode 16, titled My Brother's Keeper, Colburn suffered a heart attack, which caused an emergency aboard the F/V Wizard.

His brother Monte Colburn, serving as co-captain, had to take immediate action to ensure Keith received the medical attention he desperately needed.

Monte ran to get the Wizard to the nearest airstrip for an ambulance while the rest of the fleet waited anxiously for news on Keith's condition.

The situation became even more difficult when the Wizard had to navigate the treacherous port entrance of Saint Paul in difficult weather conditions.
