The leak for the Google Pixel 9a shows a completely different look

Basically the Google Pixel 9 Only has come out, but it's already time to talk about the next one.

No, not the Pixel 10. That will have to wait about a year. Instead, Android Headlines acquired and published leaked renders of the Pixel 9a via OnLeaks. In the photos you can see a pretty radically redesigned Pixel phone, different from both the Pixel 9 and Pixel 8a that preceded it last year.

The main thing to note is that, if the leaks are true, Google will be removing the camera bar that has made Pixel easily recognizable in recent years. The Pixel 9 has already started this process by turning it into a floating camera box rather than a full horizontal bar, but there doesn't seem to be anything like that on the Pixel 9a. In a normal-looking camera setup, two camera lenses are stacked horizontally.

Destructible speed of light

Android Headlines also pointed out the fairly large bezels around the screen, which isn't exactly a surprise for a budget phone. It's impossible to say what specs or features the Pixel 9a will have based on these renders alone. The Pixel 8a came impressively close to the Pixel 8 at a much cheaper price. So you can expect Google to try to achieve that goal again with the Pixel 9a.

It will simply look different.
