Elden Ring Patch 1.15 finally fixes the game's most broken boss fight

Elden Ring Patch 1.15 was released by Bandai Namco and the patch fixes issues with an important boss fight as well as some PC-specific ray tracing issues. You can check out the full patch notes to see exactly what has been fixed.

They're not the most comprehensive Elden Ring patch notes I've ever seen, but you'll be happy to know that the bug that caused Rellana, Twin Moon Knight to “sometimes perform unexpected actions when interacting with objects in the combat area” occurred has been resolved on all platforms.

For some players, the fight is among the best of all Elden Ring bosses, so it's great that it's finally working as intended. It's still one of the best Soulslikes you can play on PC.

The Golem Fist fight has also been fixed. Before today's update, the opponent's one-handed heavy attack power was lower than expected and their attacks did not deal damage when affected by special effects. Of course, this means the fight will now be tougher than it has been recently, but at least it's as it should be now.

The final notable change in the patch is the implementation of a fix for an issue where ray tracing was unintentionally enabled, resulting in frame rate drops in some PC versions. The full list of bug fixes can be found in the official patch notes.

If you're still playing Elden Ring, it's helpful to know where to find the best Elden Ring weapons, and some of the different Elden Ring mods keep the game feeling fresh.
