Jay White to Adam Page: We can fight fire with fire, we'll see who burns

Jay White wants to get back on track.

Jay White returned on the October 2 episode of AEW Dynamite, saving Juice Robinson from Adam Page. White has not been featured on AEW programming since Page defeated him at the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament on the July 6 episode of AEW Collision.

In a digital exclusive, Jay White sent a message to Hangman Page.

“Executioner Adam Page, what did Jeff Jarrett say to you? I think he said sooner or later that you have to answer to the man in the mirror. I am neither the man he spoke of nor am I a mirror. But you have to do it and you will answer me. Not because of the things he talked about, not because of the things he says will keep you up at night, not because of the things that will haunt you. I don't care about these things. I don't care who wronged you. I don't care who you did wrong. I don't care who hurt you, I don't care who you hurt. I don't care who you bleed, I don't care how much you bleed. I don't care who sings lullabies to your children at night, whether it's you, your wife or The Realest, Whose House? No no no. I don't care about these things. What this is about is that you were one of two men who turned me off my path, off my path to the AEW World Championship, because that's where I belong. My path takes me to where I belong, where I, the catalyst of professional wrestling, am supposed to be. This is the pinnacle of this industry. The elite of them all, that's me, that's what I care about, Adam. I don't care about you and your family. No, but what's gotten into you lately? Adam, you know, we've known each other for a long time. There was this change. We talk about ways, I talk about ways. You have left a path of destruction everywhere you go. You literally left flames in your wake, and you know what, I wouldn't have a problem with it if it didn't affect me and you hadn't tried to involve the Bang Bang Gang in your carnage. But this is perfect. See how this works? You see I need you and how perfect, look at the time you present yourself to me. You are giving me the opportunity to stop this runaway train now known as “Cowboy Shit” executioner Adam Page. I'm the one who will stop you. You see, we can fight fire with fire, and we’ll see who burns.” White said.

Page had previously set fire to Swerve Strickland's childhood home ahead of their Lights Out Steel Cage match at AEW All Out.
