The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra design has leaked via a dummy unit, revealing key changes

You've probably heard that Samsung is ditching its boxy, iconic Ultra design and perhaps going with something more comfortable this time with the Galaxy S25 Ultra. From all the leaks we've received, this appears to be the case, and this viral aluminum shape says the same thing about the S25 Ultra.

This aluminum dummy still has straight edges, so they haven't completely redesigned it, but at least they've softened the corners and this design won't be as annoying if it's true. These recordings come from XLeaks7 and were first published by Online-Solitaire.

Samsung's upcoming Ultra model even has some dimensions listed on the front, and the thickness etched on it is just 8.25mm. That's about 0.35mm thin when placed next to the S24 Ultra, which is about 8.6mm thick, and the phone may have been made a bit wider too.

The S25 Ultra is their ultimate high-end model, so of course there will be the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, but how well does it compare to the SD 8 Gen 3 from a year ago? That's what the leakers have been trying to answer in recent weeks.

There was a Geekbench report about it. They tested the Galaxy S25 Ultra with a 4.2GHz SD 8 Gen 4, but that only scratches the surface of what this chip can do. There's a new Adreno 830 iGPU that they've used for this, and some benchmark leaks say it's between 43% and 56% faster than the Adreno 740. So not only have they improved the design, but the performance has also increased significantly.
