Officers are responding to two crashes in the town of Montrose Thursday morning

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – The Belleville Volunteer Fire Department responded to two separate accidents in the town of Montrose Thursday morning.

Officers responded to the first crash around 5:20 a.m. at the intersection of Highway PB and Highway A.

At approximately 5:20 a.m. today, Fire Department and Belleville Area EMS, along with Verona Police and the Dane County Sheriff's Office, responded to the intersection of Hwy PB and Hwy A for a reported two-vehicle accident.(Belleville WI Volunteer Fire Department)

The Belleville Fire Department reports that two vehicles involved in the accident were damaged and had to be towed.

Officials said medical personnel examined both drivers and minor injuries were reported.

Belleville Fire and EMS responded to the second crash at State Highway 69 and Dianne Avenue around 7:20 a.m.

No one was injured in this accident and medical personnel examined everyone involved.

The agency noted that traffic was being rerouted while emergency crews investigated the accident.
