TikTok star Mr. Prada charged with murder of Louisiana therapist

A viral TikTok personality named “Mr. Prada” has been charged with second-degree murder and obstruction of justice in connection with the death of a Baton Rouge therapist. The suspect, identified as 20-year-old Terryon Thomas, is currently in custody in Dallas, Texas and is expected to be extradited to East Baton Rouge Parish to face charges.

According to WBRZ, the victim, 69-year-old William Nicholas Abraham, was found dead next to a highway in Tangipahoa Parish on Sunday, September 29th. Authorities announced that Abraham's body was found wrapped in a tarp, suggesting foul play. Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Gerald Sticker confirmed the gruesome discovery and suggested there was a violent fight before Abraham's death.

An arrest report from the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office (EBRSO) states that a search warrant was executed at Thomas' home on Mancuso Lane in Baton Rouge, during which homicide detectives found significant evidence of a “violent physical altercation.” Blood was found throughout the apartment and several sharp objects and weapons were also collected from the scene. Prison records indicate there was an attempt to clean up and destroy evidence, further incriminating Thomas.

Video surveillance from the investigation shows Abraham arriving at Thomas' apartment complex on the morning of Saturday, September 28th. The affidavit states that Abraham was wearing the same clothing that was found on him when his body was later discovered.

Witnesses reported seeing Thomas dragging an object wrapped in a blue tarp down the stairs of his apartment hours after Abraham was last seen alive. Thomas was also allegedly seen loading the tarp into Abraham's vehicle. The Louisiana State Police crime lab confirmed that DNA collected from the blood at the crime scene matched the victim's DNA.

Authorities are still investigating the nature of Thomas and Abraham's relationship, as well as a possible motive. There is no current evidence that Thomas was a customer of Abraham.

The case remains under active investigation and further updates will be provided as they become available. Thomas is scheduled to appear in court in East Baton Rouge Parish at a later date.
