Pat Sajak Takes Final Round on 'Celebrity Wheel of Fortune' (Exclusive)

Get out the tissues because a date has been set for the Pat Sajak finale Wheel of Fortune rotate, and Weekly entertainment has an exclusive first look.

Sajak has already been replaced by Ryan Seacrest as host of the original, long-running game show, but he's coming back for one final season of the spin-off program Celebrity Wheel of Fortune.
