Salt Lake City shooting suspect charged with four counts of attempted murder | News

Amorian Hudson has been charged with four counts of attempted murder stemming from a Sept. 19 shooting in Salt Lake. The 19-year-old shot three victims when a car drove past a house… and someone opened fire. His bail is set at $1 million.



HONOLULU (Island News) – Honolulu police charged a 19-year-old man Thursday, Oct. 3, in connection with a shooting-homicide that occurred last month in Salt Lake.

Amorian Hudson was charged in connection with a shooting the night of September 19th around 1 p.m. after being arrested on Tuesday, October 1st. He is charged with one count of attempted first-degree murder and three counts of attempted second-degree murder, with bail set at $1 million.

HPD reported that Hudson fired four shots at a 38-year-old man, a 21-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy. A car drove past a house and someone in the back seat opened fire on the three victims in the carport.

One of the residents of the home returned fire before the car drove off. There were no injuries as a result. One of the victims reported to HPD that he recognized two of the people in the car from school.
