UPDATE: 64-year-old man killed after crash in Charles County

BEL ALTON, MD. – At 12:17 a.m. Oct. 4, officers responded to the area of ​​Chapel Point Road and Brooks Farm Road for a report of a single-vehicle accident.

When officers and emergency medical services arrived, they located a Chevy Tahoe that left the roadway, struck a tree and came to rest on the roadway. The driver, who was the only occupant, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was identified as Xavier Anthony Lenard Robinson, 64, of Bel Alton.
