DOVER — A 25-year-old Dover man was arrested Thursday after a shooting involving a 3-year-old child that left one man injured, Delaware State Police said.

Authorities said around 8:37 p.m., officers responded to a residence in the 300 block of David Hall Road for a report of a shooting.
