Manitowoc man arrested after two-month drug investigation

A Manitowoc man was arrested on multiple drug charges after a two-month investigation.

Manitowoc County Sheriff San Hartwig reports that the investigation into Richard L. Wolf reached its climax on Thursday when two search warrants were executed for his home in Manitowoc.

The DEA, ATF and the Manitowoc County Metro Drug Unit seized cocaine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and some cash believed to have been obtained through drug sales.

In total, Wolf is charged with possession of cocaine and marijuana with intent to deliver, operating a drug house, possession of drug paraphernalia, being a repeat offender and five counts each of cocaine distribution and bail jumping.

He remains in jail at the Manitowoc County Jail on $75,000 bail and is due back in court on Oct. 7Th for his first appearance.
