Lincoln Lawyer receives the ReFrame stamp for gender balance

As The Lincoln Lawyer co-showrunner Dailyn Rodriguez walked around the set of the legal drama's third season, one thing struck her about the production. “I saw a lot of women,” says Rodriguez Tudum, “and that made me very happy.”

Beyond the cast — from returning actors Becki Newton, Jazz Raycole and Neve Campbell to newcomer Merrin Dungey — women were also seen in key roles behind the cameras, from the editing suites to the writers' room, where Dailyn Rodriguez, Andi Bushell and Gladys Rodriguez Sat, Katy Erin and Lisa Quintela wrote episodes. That was intentional. From the beginning, Dailyn Rodriguez and the team at The Lincoln Lawyer have been committed to recruiting and hiring diverse talent, despite the television and film industry's ongoing reputation for underrepresenting women in key production roles.
