After it was recently revealed that Miley Cyrus' Hot 100 number was accused of plagiarism or copyright infringement. Olivia Rodrigo enjoyed huge success on the charts in 2021, securing her second No. 1 on the Hot 100 this year with “good 4 u.”

But Olivia's success didn't come without controversy, as many thought “good 4 u” sounded a lot like Paramore's “Misery Business.”

Olivia retroactively awarded Paramore's lead singer Hayley Williams and ex-guitarist Josh Farro credit for “Good 4 u”. The “Sour” singer had previously faced plagiarism accusations for her song “Deja Vu” after she mentioned while writing the song that the “Deja Vu” bridge was inspired by Taylor Swift's “Cruel Summer.”

As the song climbed the charts in 2019, Lizzo was accused by two different parties of plagiarizing the song's opening lyrics.
