Anonymous tip leads to Elko drug bust; Pills and stolen RV found | Local News

Elko Police released information today about a drug bust Thursday evening.

The report said an anonymous tip was received on Thursday; The Elko Combined Narcotics Unit immediately investigated the matter and said the people were dealing drugs and were possibly involved in prostitution.

ECNU was assisted by the Elko Police Department's Crime Suppression Unit in executing the search warrant on Ash Street in Elko.

During the investigation, approximately 50 fentanyl pills and methamphetamine were found.

A mobile home found on the property was examined and determined to be stolen from the county.

Robert Comer, 42, was arrested and charged with probation and parole violation and possession of a controlled substance.

Nicole Morales, 34, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Jerry Latour, 41, was determined to be responsible for the RV theft. He was arrested and charged with grand larceny of a motor vehicle.

All of those arrested were from Elko.
