Kyle McCord shined during Syracuse's clash with No. 25 UNLV on Friday night.

McCord was 28 of 44 for 248 yards and two touchdowns in three quarters of play and helped the Orange offense score 31 points with 15 minutes left in regulation. He completed his first 10 passes of the game and added 14 rushing yards.

After entering the contest with a 364.8 yards per game average, the highest in the country, McCord continued to rack up yards through the air against a Rebels team that entered the game with a 4-0 record.

Freshman Yasin Willis led the team's rushing attack, rushing for 60 yards and a touchdown on just seven attempts after three quarters.

Fans were impressed with McCord's performance as well as the rest of Syracuse's offense.

Kyle McCord takes a stuttering step back to charge for first down, and he continues to do things I've never seen him do before.

Hajj-Malik Williams started his second straight game at quarterback for the Rebels after Matthew Sluka was ejected for a foul. He completed 78.9 percent of his throws for 178 yards and threw two touchdowns and an interception early in the fourth quarter.
