Man arrested after police seized a pound of cocaine

MANITOWOC – A 41-year-old Manitowoc man faces 12 felony counts and one misdemeanor on suspicion of drug trafficking in the city.

An Oct. 4 news release from the Manitowoc County Sheriff's Office said Richard L. Wolf was located in Green on Oct. 3 by investigators from the Manitowoc County Metro Drug Unit after a nearly two-month joint investigation with the Drug Enforcement Administration office Bay and the Bureau of Alcohol, tobacco, firearms and explosives have been arrested.

According to the release, the investigation, which focused on Wolf's involvement in cocaine sales in the city, culminated in the seizure of nearly a pound of cocaine.
