WNBA Playoffs bracket 2024: Schedule, results for semifinals

The WNBA semifinals are in full swing and the two-time defending champion Las Vegas Aces are on the verge of elimination against the New York Liberty, while the Minnesota Lynx and Connecticut Sun are currently tied at 1-1.

Top-seeded Liberty won Game 1 87-77 and then won Game 2 88-84 to take a 2-0 lead in the best-of-five series. Sabrina Ionescu was the standout player in this series, leading the offense in the postseason with averages of 24.5 points, 4.8 rebounds and six assists. The Liberty are seeking their first-ever WNBA championship title. They have made it to the WNBA Finals five times, most recently in 2023 where they lost to the Las Vegas Aces.
