MADISON – This year’s Madison Street Festival (MSF) will feature a stage that will feature some of the best local music artists. It is located along Church Street in the parking lot of the United Methodist Church.

“We are proud to showcase some of the best talent in the Tennessee Valley. Singers, dancers, musicians and other artists – we have it all, right here in downtown Madison,” said Crystal Mc-Brayer, president of Doctors Without Borders. “Be prepared to put your hands together, stomp your feet, or just sit back and hum along to your favorite songs. We have something for the whole family.”

After the opening ceremony at 9:45 p.m., local songwriter and singer Clayton Albrecht will open the entertainment portion of the festival at 10:30 a.m

Here's a look at the other acts scheduled this year:

JED eye

JED Eye consists of five talented musicians who have come together to share their music. They have played many festivals and venues and kept audiences on their toes. Their music includes everything from Collective Soul to Pearl Jam to the Stones and ZZ Top.

JED Eyes lead singer Scott O'Hanian leads the band with his powerful and amazing vocals. The rhythm section keeps the heartbeat of the band going with Johnny Heflin on drums. Lisa Williams brings her vocals and electric guitar playing to underline the rhythm of a full-throttle head rock band. And finally, JED Eye's lead guitarist…Brett Ellis, jamming on lead guitar with his own style of off-the-chart riffs, brings his high level of energy to the stage every time. JED Eye will perform from noon to 1 p.m

Luna Koi

Describing their genre, Luna Koi are “known for their haunting male/female harmonies based on a mix of 1990s alternative influences and modern Americana.” Founding members of this Huntsville-based band are Kelly Joyner, Kevin Lay and Chris McDonald.

Joyner's cello teacher Kevin Lay introduced her to local guitarist Chris McDonald, and the three formed Luna Koi in 2022.

Followers praised Luna Koi's sound as “ethereal, sublime and transcendent.”

Luna Koi will perform from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m

Zoe Empire

This year's musicians include “Zoe Imperium”. This group is a hard-hitting alternative rock band mixed with elements of hip-hop.

They are four siblings who moved from Oregon to Tennessee to achieve success with their music. Her goal is to bring awareness to teen suicide and depression through music that expresses life. Her latest track “GO” is a rap/rock anthem about pushing boundaries and overcoming obstacles. Think Beastie Boys meets Linkin Park for the Super Bowl halftime show!

Zoe Imperium will perform from 3 to 4 p.m
