The Young and the Restless: Sharon Didn't Kill Heather?

From that moment on The young and the restlessSince Heather (Vail Bloom) was pronounced dead in the apartment she shared with Daniel (Michael Graziadei) and Lucy (Lily Brooks O'Briant), I had my doubts about what actually happened. I mostly wondered if Sharon was actually Heather's murderer.

Yes, Sharon and Heather got into a heated confrontation the night of the murder. But at some point Sharon lost consciousness and cannot remember actually killing the lawyer. Additionally, viewers were never shown Heather's final moments gasping for air. Again, did Sharon really commit murder or did she just clean up the mess and dispose of the body?

Let's imagine that when Sharon passed out and fell asleep in Daniel's living room, someone sneaked into the apartment, murdered Heather, and then sneaked out before Sharon woke up and saw Heather on the floor. Not for nothing, if this turns out to be the case, then it will probably save Sharon the rest of her life in prison or in Fairview if the truth comes out. However, she would likely face punishment if she breaks into Daniel's apartment, disposes of Heather's body, and tries to frame Daniel for murder (which will likely happen soon).

Who else could have killed Heather? My main suspect is Lucy's birth mother, Daisy Carter (Yvonne Zima).

For those who need a reminder, Daisy is the daughter of The bold and the beautifulis Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), and like her mother, Daisy is an agent of chaos.

Ironically, Daisy once set Sharon's house on fire to eliminate Michael Baldwin's (Christian LeBlanc) sister Eden, who was dating Noah at the time. Eden's growing distrust of Daisy led her to attempt an assassination attempt on Daisy. Outside the fire, Daisy once helped kidnap Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman), and she drugged and raped Daniel. The subsequent action led to the conception of Lucy.

Speaking of Lucy, after she was born and temporarily “adopted” by Billy (Billy Miller) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle), following an elaborate scam originally concocted by Daisy, Lucy was eventually placed back into the care of Daisy, and Daniel She married the mentally disturbed woman in his daughter's life. After feuding with the equally deranged Ricky Williams (Peter Porte), who is actually Heather's now-deceased brother, Daisy checked into Fairview before disappearing from Genoa City entirely. Daisy has been missing ever since.

With all of this said, is it possible that Daisy returned to Genoa City undetected and stalked Heather and Daniel, just waiting for an opportunity to strike to assert her claim on her daughter's life? Did Daisy take advantage of Cassidy First's owner's downward spiral, see her arguing with Heather and then accuse Sharon of murder? Does Daisy want to stand up for Lucy now? Anything is certainly possible. It's worth noting that after Heather's death, Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) mentioned that Lucy needed a mother. Was this a foreshadowing of Daisy's return?

Now I've mentioned another possible suspect in this murder case, and I feel like it's actually a bit far-fetched. However, I imagine the killer is Heather's mysterious ex-boyfriend from Portugal. The young and the restless didn't say much about him before Heather left him, but could the breakup have bothered him so much and come to Genoa City to seek revenge for his broken heart? We can't rule it out, although again we prefer the Daisy theory as her return could really shake up Genoa City.
