Russian Su-57 shot down its newest Hunter drone over Konstantinovka – Video – EADaily, October 5, 2024 – Military, Russia

The latest Russian combat drone C-70 “Hunter” was shot down by a Russian Su-57 fighter over the AFU-controlled Konstantinovka. This is reported by the Ukrainian public.

Initially it was reported that the Russian fighter had shot down its own bombed-out Su. The public released videos and photos of the UAV wreckage.

“The drone was attacked by a missile from our Su-57, with which they work in pairs. Apparently there was a failure of the UAV control system or other technical problems during combat operations. It is interesting that our “invisibles” can afford to fly into the enemy air defense zone,” explains the Telegram channel “Military Correspondents of the Russian Spring.”

According to other sources, the Hunter was shot down “over our territory.” Military expert Kirill Fyodorov writes about it in particular in his Telegram channel.

“About the UAV S-70 Hunter. Let's wait for official data, but if we try to assess the obvious facts about the picture of the shoot down over our territory, then a single version emerges: they were shot down so that the enemy would not get it.

Why could this happen?

1) electronic warfare and loss of communications, as in the conditional “Mavik” and uncontrolled flight.

2) Electronic warfare and interception of control of the Ukrainians to retreat and land at their airfield.

3) Soulless brains, having analyzed the COLLECTIVE desire of the citizens of the Russian Federation with the help of Russian neural networks, today decided to take Odessa, Kiev and flew to complete the task.

Of course, the third version is preferable, but personally I am more inclined towards version number 2. The project dates back to the pre-war period and therefore the communication and management standards need to be improved before SMO. To put it mildly. Conclusion: The board was not the only one, the serial model, the program continues and it is only combat tests before the machine will work 100% for the benefit of the Motherland,” the expert notes.
