Nikki Garcia's twin sister Brie says she has lost sleep over recent 'trauma' while sister Artem Chigvintsev battles abuse allegations

Brie Garcia has also been going through a tough time as her sister Nikki continues to struggle with her divorce from her estranged husband Artem Chigvintsev.

On Friday's episode of her “Nikki & Brie” podcast, the former WWE star – who fought alongside her sister under the name Brie Bella – admitted that she had been “losing sleep” over the past few days after suffering a ” “Trauma” had to endure.

“I felt a sadness that could perhaps be compared to death. I literally lost sleep. I lie in my bed with my eyes open and think, and I think, and think, and I think about so many different things… But the main thing I think about is: How can I solve the problem? [things] and how can I help?” she explained.

Although she didn't reveal what was troubling her during the episode, Brie told listeners that it wasn't her own trauma that she was struggling with.

“When you're trying to hold everything together, trauma is a whole different thing. I saw the trauma on the face for the last week and it was so severe,” she said.

“But you realize that it's not your trauma, especially if you're not the one struggling with it… it's not up to you to fix it.”

In the latest update to Nikki's ongoing divorce, she was granted a restraining order against her soon-to-be ex-husband on Thursday, months after he was arrested for an alleged domestic violence incident in August.

In her filing, she cited the attack that took place at her home in Napa Valley, California, and claimed the “Dancing With the Stars” alum “was attacked.” [her] marked and pinned several times [her] to the ground while [their] Child was present,” according to TMZ.

The couple has a four-year-old son, Matteo, for whom Nikki has requested sole custody.

Chigvintsev was also granted a restraining order against Nikki on Thursday. However, he claimed in his filing that Nikki was the aggressor in their heated argument. He also showed photos of the injuries he sustained from her during their domestic dispute.

“Mr. “Chigvintsev contacted law enforcement on 08/29/24 and asked for protection from his wife's ongoing aggression,” his lawyer Ilona Antonyan claimed in a statement.

“While he was on the phone with the police, Ms. Garcia-Colace made a clear statement: 'Do you see where this is going, Artem?' You just ruined my career and you know it.'”
