Montgomery Road was closed after the vehicle fled the traffic stop and caused an accident

EXPECT ADDITIONAL TRAFFIC ON NORTH I-75 THIS WEEKEND. We have details of the roadworks being carried out. AND HOW DRIVERS ARE MOVED. AND WE ARE LIVE ON THE WALK TO END ALZHEIMER. OUR RICHARD CHILES WILL COME TO US FROM SAWYER POINT, WHERE HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE JOIN THE FIGHT AND THE SEARCH FOR A CURE. Great audience there. GREAT WEEKEND FOR ALL YOUR EVENTS, FROM WALKING TO AUTUMN FARMS TO FOOTBALL GAMES. MY HOURLY BREAKDOWN OF YOUR SATURDAY PLANS AND THE CURRENT COLD FRONT ON SUNDAY BRINGING LOWER CHANCES OF RAIN AND A BIG FALL BRINGING. THIS IS TODAY'S WLWT MESSAGE FIVE CONTINUING THE WAY. Good morning and thank you for joining us at 10:00 am. I'M TIFFANY WILSON, HERE WITH METEOROLOGIST KATIE DONOVAN. These are the days when I feel like we have to be outside all day because I don't know how many more we'll get. I was about to say that the last 80 degree day is coming, probably in the very near future. And you just don't know when that will be. IT WILL NOT BE TODAY. Take advantage of it. YES, WE HAVE SOME REALLY NICE TEMPERATURES HERE OVER THE WEEKEND. LOW 80'S TODAY AND TOMORROW. THEN THE AUTUMN FEELING RETURNS. TEMPERATURES ARE ALWAYS IN THE 60'S. It's about 65 degrees, actually very pleasant under this sunshine. I'm still holding on to some 50's in Hillsboro and Peebles. There are 59 there, 60 in Maysville. WE HAVE ABOUT 61 IN FALMOUTH, 63 IN FLORENCE AND SOME IN THE LOWER 60'S IN SOUTHEAST INDIANA. THIS MORNING DURING THE AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES WILL RISE INTO THE UPPER 70'S TO ABOUT 80'. WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO A BEAUTIFUL WARM DAY TODAY. This will be a dry heat for us as we move through the afternoon and into the evening hours tonight. A good day to be outside for a long time. TODAY IS THE DON SCHWABEN OKTOBERFEST, WHICH STARTS IN A FEW HOURS IN BEAUTIFUL WEATHER TEMPERATURES IN THE MID 70S. WE WILL BE IN THE UPPER 70S TO ABOUT 83 TONIGHT. I estimate I'll hit about 80 somewhere between 2 and 6 p.m. in the evening. AS THE EVENT ENDS AT 11, we look forward to a clear and cold night with temperatures in the 60s, clear skies ahead and clear skies tomorrow. We then track a weak front moving closer as you approach the evening hours. We will have a full schedule for this cold front. WHAT IT WILL GIVE US AND WHETHER IT WILL PLAY A ROLE IN THE BENGALS' MATCH TOMORROW. TIFFANY KATIE is coming soon, thank you very much. Everything is happening well at the moment. YOU CAN EXPECT FULLER TRAFFIC ON AND AROUND I-75 THIS WEEKEND, ESPECIALLY FOR ANY OF YOU GOING BACK NORTH AFTER THE CINCINNATI FC OR BENGALS GAMES. NOW ALL NORTHWARDING LANES ARE CLOSED UNTIL 3:00 AM MONDAY MORNING. That's why we would like to give you a live insight into where the crews work. IT TAKES PLACE JUST NORTH OF THE NORWOOD SIDE DRIVEWAY. YOU CAN VIEW THEM IMMEDIATELY. AND THIS IS WHAT THE END OF OUR LIVE RIDE LOOKED LIKE. THIS MORNING. At 7:00 a.m. we are already seeing miles of backups. NOW YOU CAN STILL ACCESS THE NORWOOD SIDE FROM 75 NORTH, BUT OFFICIALS SAY THAT WILL CAUSE CONGESTION. AND THEY URGE YOU TO CONSIDER SOME OTHER ROUTES. THERE WILL BE DELAYS. There will be traffic jams. THERE IS NO WAY TO AVOID THIS. BUT PLAN, KNOW YOUR GOAL. Obviously people know where to go. YOU KNOW YOUR GOAL. So plan ahead and think about alternative routes that might work for you. That's the best advice we can give. CREWS WILL RETURN NEXT WEEKEND WITH A POSSIBLE THIRD CLOSURE TO COMPLETE THE JOB. WE CAN FIND INFORMATION ABOUT CHANGES AND ALTERNATIVE ROUTES ON OUR WEBSITE WLWT DOT COM. As it develops this morning, two teenagers are injured after a shooting in Evanston. It happened around 945 last night on Blair Avenue and Cincinnati Police tell us the victims were between 13 and 15 years old. They were both taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police haven't said what led to the shooting, but we're told officers are looking for two cars. However, you didn't describe them. NOT A WORD ABOUT A SUSPECT. A SHOOTING OUTSIDE A COLERAIN TOWNSHIP BAR CAUGHT ON CAMERA. A Cincinnati firefighter was identified as one of the gunmen. Mac Ogletree, 36, was charged yesterday and for the first time we're hearing his side of the story. This is a video of that August shooting. IT HAPPENED OUTSIDE THE 629 SPORTS BAR IN COLERAIN TOWNSHIP. TWO PEOPLE WERE INJURED AND BROUGHT TO COURT. Ogletree's attorney entered a not guilty plea. THE LAWYER SAYS OGLETREE WAS JUST TRYING TO PROTECT HIMSELF. This is a self-defense case. My client's legitimate CCW holder was fired by a convicted felon. He returned fire. IT'S ALL ON VIDEO. The defendant comes with a gun in his hand, starts yelling at them, points the gun in that direction and then starts shooting the gun. OGLETREE faces four counts of aggravated assault. HE WAS PLACED ON UNPAID ADMINISTRATIVE LEAVE DURING THIS CASE. Police have not said what charges the other shooter might face. IT'S NOW 1005 AND HAPPENING NOW. HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE ARE PARTICIPATING IN THE FIGHT AGAINST ALZHEIMER. THIS MORNING. WLWT NEWS FIVE REPORTER RICHARD CHILES ARRIVES LIVE WHEN WALKING AT SAWYER POINT. Good morning Richard. I give you a three. Good morning, TIFFANY FROM SAWYER POINT. What an incredibly beautiful day. METEOROLOGIST JENNIFER SCHACK HAS DONE HER JOB. We have great weather. OF COURSE, COME HERE FOR THIS BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL WALK. I get the chance to see all these amazing people. Time for JAKE GUINNESS to give us a great take here. THE LAWN OF SAWYER POINT WILL GET THE CHANCE TO SEE ALL THE PEOPLE WHO ARE ON THE ALZHEIMER WALK. KATIE DONOVAN COULDN'T HAVE GIVEN US A BETTER PREDICTION, BUT TODAY IS ABOUT HEROES. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE PEOPLE GET THE CHANCE TO CELEBRATE A LOVED ONE ON THE TRIP, THE CHANCE TO PRESENT AND CAPTURE MEMORIES. TODAY I HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO TALK TO THE GREAT PEOPLE OF NIP SQUAD AND TO TALK TO MY GREAT FRIEND, MISS GOODSON, JENNIFER, WITH ME ABOUT TODAY. TALK TO ME ABOUT YOUR PEOPLE. TALK TO ME ABOUT OUR SUPERSTAR HOLDING THE MICROPHONE FOR US HERE. GOOD MORNING. WE ARE HERE IN THE NAME OF NIP. OUR NIP IS OUR MATRIARCH HOLDING? Yes, she is our heroine. AND WE ARE HERE TO SUPPORT YOU. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. TO THE ALZHEIMER FOUNDATION FOR SPONSORING THIS. YES. TALK TO ME ABOUT YOUR JOURNEY. NATURALLY. FOR ALL OF YOU, YOU HAVE BEGIN THIS PROCESS AGAIN. AND SOME CHANGES IN NIP. YOUR WONDERFUL MATRIARCH. NATURALLY. You said you didn't remember this recipe. And then moving on, where are you on this journey? YES. SO. Just now, maybe seven or eight years ago, we noticed that her mental performance was declining. To support NIP, we never left their side, every time, every day. But the thing about my grandmother is that she's still a badass. She will still remember our names. She will still check on us and make sure we are doing what we are supposed to do. YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN. BUT IT'S BEEN A JOURNEY AND WE'RE JUST GRATEFUL TO BE HERE TO MAKE IT KNOWN. Well, being on that journey is what it's all about for so many people today. RECOGNIZE AGAIN THAT YOU ARE NOT ALONE. For some this is a victory lap, for some this is a memorial walk. The walk itself now begins again at Sawyer Point, a beautiful, beautiful Saturday. METEOROLOGIST KATIE DONOVAN YOU HAVE DONE YOUR PART, TIFFANY. We'll introduce you to a few more friends and family members over the next half hour. I JUST SHARE THIS TRIP ON ALZHEIMER
