Who is Jack Tuttle? Michigan football QB takes over for Alex Orji

Michigan football had yet to find a definitive answer at quarterback through the first five weeks of the college football season.

But Sherrone Moore and Co. may have found a long-term solution at the position against Washington in Jack Tuttle.

The 6-foot-4 quarterback entered last season's national championship rematch in the second quarter when Moore benched Michigan starter Alex Orji with the Wolverines then losing 14-0 to the Huskies. Tuttle took advantage of his opportunity and led the Wolverines to score 17 unanswered points.

He recorded his first touchdown of the season in the third quarter when he connected with tight end Colston Loveland for an 8-yard touchdown pass.
