In the lawsuit, filed in California state court, Roe claims she was once raped by the singer, according to CNN, which obtained the court documents.

Brooks, 62, has denied the claims.

Prior to this lawsuit, and as first reported by CNN, an anonymous prominent plaintiff — now apparently Brooks — had attempted to block Roe from publicly repeating her allegations.

He strongly denied the allegations, according to a previous complaint he filed as “John Doe.”

Brooks' wife Trisha Yearwood hired Roe as a hairdresser in 1999, and starting in 2017, Roe did hair and makeup for Brooks.

Roe accused Brooks of exposing his genitals and buttocks, exchanging explicit thoughts and text messages, changing clothes in front of her and describing sexual fantasies with Roe.

She claimed in 2019, while she was at Brooks' home for work, he got out of the shower naked and “grabbed her hands and forced them onto his genitals” while speaking to her in sexually explicit and vulgar language.

That same year, she claimed he raped her in a hotel room during a business trip to Los Angeles, where Brooks was recording a Grammy tribute performance.

“There were usually others on Brooks' private jet, but this time Ms. Roe and Brooks were the only two passengers,” the complaint states, according to CNN.

When she arrived in Los Angeles, the singer reportedly booked a hotel suite with only one bedroom and no separate room.

Roe claims the country singer “showed up completely naked in the bedroom doorway” after they arrived at the suite.

Roe's complaint says she felt “trapped in the room alone with Brooks.”

Roe claims Brooks continued to tell her about his sexual fantasies and physically grope her more frequently after the alleged rape.

The complaint says Brooks made “repeated comments” about having “a threesome” with his wife.

Roe stopped working for Brooks around May 2021 and has since moved to Mississippi.

In his John Doe complaint, Brooks alleged that Roe's attorney sent him a “confidential” warning letter alleging sexual misconduct after he denied Roe's request for “employment and medical benefits.”

“Defendant’s allegations are untrue,” Brooks said in his lawsuit.

“However, Defendant is aware of the significant, irreparable harm that such false allegations would cause to Plaintiff’s well-deserved reputation as a decent and caring human being, along with the inevitable harm to his family and the irreparable harm to his career and livelihood.” This is what would happen if she followed through on her threat to “publicly file” her fabricated lawsuit.
