Grumpy share new video for “Flower”

Grumpy recently announced the signing of their new EP to Bayonet Records Wolfed will be released on October 25th. The New York band with Heaven Schmitt (they/them) has played shows with Katy Kirby, This Is Lorelei, Sinai Vessel and Al Menne. The first single from their new EP “Saltlick”. The follow-up single “Flower” is accompanied by a video featuring New York DIY pop musician May Rio.

Heaven says about the song:

“Relationships aren't forever, but love can be.” “Flower” is about how, for me at this stage in my life, love isn't about creating a lasting bond with someone, it's about a bond care that lasts a lifetime. In Flower, I accept the end of a relationship with peace and gratitude that it even happened. When I love someone, I know that after the romance, the love will inevitably change shape and not dissipate.”
