A flight at Manchester Airport was delayed after a man boarded the plane “incorrectly”, EasyJet said.

The BBC understands that an airport passenger was supposed to have flown on another EasyJet flight but mistakenly gained access to the flight to Milan on Friday evening.

All Passengers had to leave the plane as additional security checks were carried out in accordance with standard operating procedure.
