SAYZOONS wants to connect you to nature. We curate experiences, activities and events so you can spend more time outdoors and less time working. We connect to our ancestors and this knowledge on this land with great respect to our Métis Nation to whom we belong. Treaty 1 territory, and traditional homelands of Anishinaabe, Cree, Dakota, Oji Cree, and Dene people, and on the Homeland of the Métis Nation
SAYZOONS creates experiences year round for small groups and large community events.
We use our entrepreneurship to thrive under all weather and social circumstances.
We use land based recreation activities to compliment the offering at our beautiful historical spaces in southeast Manitoba.
We take great care to provide comfort and create an experience for you to show up, learn, play and go back to your world with passion and deeper connection to the world you are part of.
Our outdoor services take on many forms. 365 days a year require great consideration for what is possible and how we can inspire people to think outside the box, LIterally.
We operate our company much like an Métis entrepreneur may have in the 1800s. We build relationships and foster a deep respect for nature. We do not see ourselves as something separate from nature, so we must adapt our business to nature. There are always new offerings popping up year round.
As we grow and learn and discover more hidden gems in our region we will create a space for you to join in on the adventure.
We hope to serve you holistically and authentically.
What ever your reasons to for joining us in nature, know that we hope you come to feel at ease and enjoy the moments with us.
Much of our activities depend on borrow land, as a nomadic company we depend on our partnerships to gain access to these places.
In true Métis form, we desire land of our own to establish a land based cultural centre where you all can join us in fostering the passion for culture, nature, and sustainable stewardship through meaningful land based experiences.
