Hosted by Grammy®-winning Opry member Larry Gatlin, Opry Country Christmas presents songs of the holiday season in a total of ten shows from December 1 to 23. Each show features Opry members The Gatlin Brothers, Riders In The Sky, Mandy Barnett and Country Music Hall of Famer Charlie McCoy. Other Opry members, spotlight artists and special guests such as Kathy Mattea (December 2), Priscilla Block (December 8), Chapel Hart (December 11), Mickey Guyton (December 16), John Berry (December 22) and others round out the shows with original songs by the artists and timeless Christmas classics.

Chapel Hart, who is scheduled to perform at Opry Country Christmas on December 11, was live on stage last night to make the announcement. After the show, fans who purchased a special Chapel Hart poster celebrating the release of Chapel Hart's Christmas album were invited to a special after-show event in the Circle Room of the Opry House, where the trio performed songs from their upcoming Christmas album and previewed their performance at Opry Country Christmas.
