By now everyone and every dog knows that Swift is not in Deadpool and Wolverinebut the film still has a gigantic amount of cameos, including Blade, Gambit, Elektra and Johnny Storm. You might think it took a lot of persuasion to get everyone to be in the film, but that's not the case. And what about Swift? She's already set to shoot her first feature film, and Levy has compared her to another Hollywood star: Steven Spielberg. Levy got to see Swift in action behind the camera, as he played a small role in her award-winning short film. Everything too good. Speaking to Entertainment Weekly last year, he said she “has the makings of a damn good director.”

“Taylor, the depth of her vision for what a creative work should look like, whether it's a lyric, a melody, a bridge, a concert tour or a video, is profound. It's deeply alive and it has the power of her convictions. Spielberg was on the set of a film he produced and I directed called Real Steel, and I said to him, 'How do you know it's the right take?' His response was, 'The way you see it makes it right.' I think that's something Taylor Swift figured out really well, because that's about trusting your instincts. […] I think she has what it takes to be a damn good director.”

There's no word yet on when Swift's film will go into production, but it's going to be quite a while. The singer is in the middle of the European leg of her Era tour, which has already grossed an incredible $1 billion. Whether it will have the same success at the box office remains to be seen, but there's little doubt that her legion of Swift fans will come out in droves to make her debut film a smash hit.
