Aaron Yan admits to being in a relationship

12 August – Aaron Yan recently admitted to being in a relationship for three years.

The singer and actor, who is slowly making a comeback after being accused several months ago of filming and publishing sex videos of a minor, announced on Chinese Valentine's Day that he is dating a special person who is partly involved in show business.

“The person has been with me through many ups and downs. In terms of the relationship, it was difficult for me to believe her and be willing to fully commit to it because I have had very bad experiences in the past,” he said.

However, Aaron admitted that he was willing to give everything to his lover and take the risk of getting hurt.

Then he laughed and said, “The other person has a boring personality and may not even be affected by it. [confession].”

In May, the singer was sentenced to seven months' probation for filming and publishing intimate videos of a minor between 2017 and 2018. His accuser, an internet star named Raku, had accused Aaron of forcing him to have sex in Aaron's house, filming the acts without his consent and publishing the videos. Raku was 17 at the time.
