We can't stop watching these videos of Adele carrying on despite the torrential rain

Adele She once sang about lighting the rain on fire, and on Wednesday night she proved she had no trouble singing in it, either.

The 16-time Grammy winner is currently in the middle of her 10-day Adele In Munich residency, for which a stadium was specially built in the middle of the German city.

As Adele reached the halfway point of her performance on Wednesday night, she was battling the elements as torrential rain lashed her later in the show.

But to give the Easy On Me singer the recognition she deserves: As fan videos from the event prove, she barely batted her flawless eyelashes despite the heavy rain…

And in case you were wondering, the storm lasted until the end of the show, so fans were able to see Adele perform Set Fire To The Rain in very appropriate conditions…

Nevertheless, we are happy that she is wearing comfortable shoes given the extreme conditions.

Adele announced her one-off Munich performance earlier this year, telling her fans at the time: “A few months ago I got a call about a series of summer performances. I was more than happy with my performances in London's Hyde Park and my performance in Vegas, so I had no other plans.”

“But I was too curious not to pursue this idea and make it a reality – a one-off, bespoke pop-up stadium based on the show I want to put on? Ohh!? Pretty much in the middle of Europe? In Munich? That's a bit random, but fabulous nonetheless!”

The chart-topper added: “I couldn't think of a better way to spend my summer and end this wonderful chapter of my life and career with shows closer to home during such an exciting summer.”

“Adele in Munich” ends later this month, and her “Weekends with Adele” residency in Las Vegas will then conclude with a final series of shows in October and November.
