MILAM COUNTY, Texas (KBTX) – Milam authorities have identified a suspect in connection with a shooting Thursday evening.

In a press release Friday afternoon, the Milam County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) reported that 26-year-old Reginald England of Cameron was arrested in connection with a shooting that left two people injured.

The Cameron Police Department (CPD) responded to a report of shots fired at the Cameron Associate Apartments across from a grocery store around 7:30 p.m. Thursday evening. MCSO officers took over the investigation a short time later.
