CREED unveils new music video for “Are You Ready?”, 25 years after the original song’s release

To celebrate the release of the 25th Anniversary Deluxe Edition of “Human Sound”iconic rockers BELIEVE have released a brand new music video for the album opener “Are you ready?” The music video for the live performance was shot during the first week of the band's sold-out concerts. “Summer '99” Tour currently traveling through North America. BELIEVE – consisting of Scott Stapp, Mark Tremonti, Brian Marshall And Scott Phillips — has been playing to sold-out crowds since the tour started on July 17. In September 1999 BELIEVE — a then up-and-coming rock band from Tallahassee, Florida — released their second album, “Human Sound”. Full of anthemic hits, including “Higher”, “What if”, “Are you ready?” and the grammy-win “With arms wide open”, “Human Sound” driven BELIEVE (Scott Stapp, Mark Tremonti, Brian Marshall And Scott Phillips) to the top of the Billboard Charts and became one of the best-selling albums of all time. Now, 25 years later, BELIEVE is celebrating the anniversary of the diamond-certified album with a bonus-filled reissue. The deluxe 2-CD release will be released on August 16th and will include the remastered original album plus a wealth of bonus material, including a complete, never-before-heard concert recording from San Antonio, Texas in 1999. A deluxe digital edition of the album also includes six additional bonus tracks, including alternate versions of “Higher” And “With arms wide open”and a cover of THE DOORS classic “Roadhouse Blues” With THE DOORS Guitarist and founding member Robby Krieger (recorded live at Woodstock '99). Fans who pre-order the album today will be able to stream or download a three-track EP that “With arms wide open (Live)” plus a rare acoustic performance of the same track and the newly remastered album version.

The original 11-track album is also featured on a series of limited edition double LP pressings available for the first time on colored vinyl, including Gray Smoke (widely available), Black-and-Gray Splatter (exclusively through the official BELIEVE save), orange smoke (Walmart),red smoke (Barnes & Noble),grey opaque (revolver) and black and gold marble (Spotify fans first).

Published in September 1999, “Human Sound” cemented BELIEVE as recognized superstars and debuted at number 1 on the Billboard 200, where it stayed for a record-breaking 104 weeks. The album's first single, “Higher”spent a whopping 57 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100, peaking at number 7, and topped the Mainstream Rock and Modern Rock charts for 17 weeks. The double platinum-certified single “With arms wide open” became BELIEVEThe first No. 1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 – a place it held for four weeks – and brought the band a grammy for “Best Rock Song” and a nomination for “Best Rock Vocal Performance”.

“Human Sound” has sold over 11 million copies in the USA alone and received a rare diamond certification from the RIAAIn 2009 it ranked 5th on Billboard's “200 Albums of the Decade” roundup. Today, it remains one of the best-selling albums of all time in the United States, while it has sold over 20 million copies worldwide.
