A social media model is in jail after admitting to killing two people in her crash in downtown Miami on Saturday while under the influence of party drugs, police said.

Maecee Marie Lathers, 24, faces multiple charges including driving without a license and hit and run. Prosecutors said she could face more serious charges pending drug test results.

Police found Lathers vomiting minutes after she drove her white Mercedes into a black Range Rover and a silver Suzuki. Two people died, according to a police report. One of the two had to be extricated but died in hospital. The other victim was killed at the scene.

A judge told bail court on Friday that Lathers told police she was under the influence of the party drug Tusi, that she came from the future and had a crystal ball.

On a GoFundMe page, Juanita Hernandez said she was hit by a reckless driver and lost her partner, Abraham Ismael – and her 16-year-old son is now fatherless.

“She is an absolute danger to the community because her driving caused the deaths of two people when she should not have been in the car,” Judge Mindy S. Glazer said before the bail hearing.

Records also show that Lathers attempted to leave the scene of the accident without helping or calling 91, but was stopped by passersby.

“If the citizens or witnesses nearby had not stopped her, she would have fled,” Glazer said.

Lathers was granted bail of $140,000 and will be placed under house arrest if released.
